Périgord in the countryside not isolated, peaceful in the heart of the Périgord Noir: the ideal starting point for a holiday with multiple charms. Close to all amenities, only 8 km from the historic center of Sarlat-la-Canéda, this house is only fitted out upstairs with its small balcony, the first floor and unoccupied.
It awaits you for a relaxing and enriching stay.

- Equipped kitchen, dining room open to a living room.

- Two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with a bed (160x200). Bed linen provided.
- Two bathrooms with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer. Towels provided.
- Separate toilet.
- Outside: Balcony, partially enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, sunbeds, barbecue.
