A refined sense of space and light defines this contemporary villa, where generous glazing and an open layout create an inviting setting for spending time together. The dining area naturally becomes the centre of shared meals, while the comfortable seating arrangement encourages relaxed conversations or quiet evenings. Large sliding doors strengthen the connection between indoors and outdoors, making it easy to move from leisurely breakfasts inside to peaceful moments on the terrace. The swimming pool offers a refreshing place to unwind, adding to the easy rhythm of days spent under the Dalmatian sun.

Zadar combines Roman history, lively waterfront cafés and beautiful Adriatic scenery. Stroll through the historic old town, experience the famous Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun installations, or sample regional cuisine in traditional konobas. Nearby beaches, boat excursions to the surrounding islands and day trips to Paklenica National Park or Krka National Park provide memorable opportunities to enjoy both the coast and the region's remarkable natural landscapes.
