The Space

Two-level layout:
-Lower level: living area, kitchen, and bathroom.
-Upper level: sleeping area.

Lower level:

-Living Area: a cozy space with a sofa that converts into a bed, and a dedicated work or study area with a desk and chair.

-Kitchen: fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals, featuring a mini-fridge, stovetop, set of pots and pans and dishes, oven, glasses, sink, dining table, and a TV.

-Bathroom: Modern and functional, equipped with a spacious shower stall, bidet, sink, toilet, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, and a set of towels for each guest.


Upper floor:

-Sleeping area: two comfortable single beds complete with high-quality sheets, accessible via an internal staircase.

Guest Access
In-person identification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

*A €100 FEE WILL BE WAIVED FOR THOSE WHO LOSE THE APARTMENT KEYS.*

DO NOT UNPLUG THE WIFI ROUTER! YOU RISK BEING UNABLE TO ENTER!

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty fee payable through Airbnb.


PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHEC (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an additional fee of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE.

NoLo is a rapidly expanding neighborhood and a favorite destination for artists and designers. The area is very popular with young people due to its many bars and restaurants. Nearby, Trotter Park offers a place to take walks and relax in nature. Not far away, the Naviglio Martesana is one of the most beautiful waterways in Milan.
