This cozy Frisco studio puts you steps from Main Street and right in the center of everything — dining, shopping, trail access, and mountain views — while still offering a quiet place to recharge at the end of the day.

Cedar Lodge is a classic 80’s building with simple, no‑frills finishes, but it offers practical conveniences that make your stay easy. You’ll have heated indoor parking, secure key‑code access for the building, unit, and garage, and on‑site coin‑op laundry. The studio is on the second floor above the garage, accessible by either stairs or elevator.

Inside the unit, you’ll find everything needed for a comfortable stay for two guests. The space includes a queen Murphy bed and a pull‑out couch, a 55" TV with Xfinity service, high‑speed internet, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. The full kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, and an apartment‑sized refrigerator and freezer. A large closet provides plenty of storage, and the unit includes a blow dryer along with all linens and towels.

Guests can use the building’s common area for relaxing or gathering with friends. There is also a hot tub, though it’s rarely fully functional. If your priority is location, walkability, and a comfortable place to land between adventures, this spot delivers.
