💡 Other things to note

✓ Pickleball courts are a quick 4-minute drive away (not on-site)
✓ The bunk room sleeps 8 and is perfect for kids or flexible groups, though it’s more shared-style than private.
✓ Parking has plenty of space and can also accommodate boats and trailers.
✓ Indoor Fireplace: Available for use from October 1 – March 31.
✓ Pets: $45 per pet, per stay; with no limit on the number of pets.
✓ Exterior security cameras in use
✓ The minimum age to book is 18. We kindly ask that no parties or events are held—any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
✓ The cabin is tucked in the woods, so you may see wildlife like deer and occasional insects—pretty normal for the area, especially during warmer months.
✓ We recommend using Google Maps instead of Apple Maps, as Apple Maps can be unreliable in this area of Broken Bow. We’ll also send clear arrival directions.
✓ Firewood isn’t always provided, so you may want to grab some locally for the fire pit. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling.
✓ Hot Tub Use: The hot tub is professionally cleaned between stays.
