Check-in is available from 3:00 pm and is provided via our personal Meet & Greet service. If you expect to arrive after 8:00 pm, please let us know in advance, as a late check-in fee will apply. If you need to arrive after 11:00 pm, please contact us before booking so we can discuss the options with you.

The apartment is located on the first floor with stair access. There is no lift at the property.

Pool/beach towels are available to rent upon request. An additional charge applies.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
