We have tripled the size of the deck. There is now room for multiple people to sunbath on the new deck lounge chairs next to our new heated pool (104 degrees).

Master Bedroom Penthouse Suite Breakfast room with lounge chair, breakfast table, and the best view of the ocean. There is a private walk out balcony for guests to enjoy the ocean view. This is a perfect workspace for guests to use to take calls.

Luxury Service! We can fully stock your fridge and pantry before you even arrive. Having food the moment you arrive is amazing. All of our luxury services are provided by our housekeeping company. See flyer for more details.

New Stainless Steel appliances. The kitchen has a walk in pantry as well. However, about 2-3 people is all that is comfortable though for being in the kitchen at one time.

Kitchen has a large walk in pantry to accommodate large families. We also have two refrigerators as well. The second refrigerator is on the ground floor so you can store any beverages you will take to the beach.

Our home installed top of the line Category 5 Hurricane windows in our last renovation. The views of the beach and ocean are outstanding.

The home has an open concept to accommodate large families with amazing views of the beach and ocean.

The first floor balcony provides great views of the ocean and can accommodate several people on the deck easily.

This is the view from the large windows to the East of the dining table. The kitchen window also faces this direction.

Entry way to living room from the front door. To the left is a bedroom with a full over full bunk bed no bathroom suite. The right door leads to a king bedroom with a full bathroom suite. There is a half bath as well to the left for guests.

This is the large pantry attached to the kitchen. We have provided a few cleaning supplies as well as such as a broom to help families keep the space tidy.

Beach and Ocean view from the first floor balcony. To protect the beach from Hurricanes like Sally, there is a board walk that connects our home to the beach. From our house you can go left or right to access the beach about a 30 yard walk.

Our home's unique name is "edens-waters."

We’re the owners and have just begun hosting our home on VRBO. We’ve rented it out since 2019, but because this is a brand-new listing under our account, reviews from previous stays won’t appear here yet.

This is a beautiful, 4 level, 8 bedroom 6 1/2 bath oceanfront home in a gated community with a private heated pool. This 4700sqft home has very large bedrooms, private bathrooms, and generous closets (can fit pack n plays!). Elevator, grill, and much more! Family friendly, PET friendly, and we offer luxury services for food delivery, baby, beach necessities! Magnificent sugar sand beaches and ocean views every floor. We Will Price Match! If you can show us an 8 bedroom directly on the ocean with a private pool we are happy to price match. Please message us if you are interested at all! We can't wait to see you at Eden's Waters!
