The location is incredible. The house sits on the Venice/Marina Del Rey border, at the intersection of three of Venice's best walking areas: the beach and boardwalk, the historic Venice Canals, and the Marina del Rey peninsula to the south. The harbor beach nearby is great for paddleboarding; the Venice Pier has the best surf break in the neighborhood with lessons available. The Whaler and Hinano's — Venice's oldest dive bar — are both within a block.

The private upstairs deck is a great spot to unwind. The front yard (shared with a downstairs neighbor) has a fire pit, picnic table, and a beach rinse hose. Plenty of local recommendations on request.
