I’d be delighted to welcome you to my home (with the help of the Hostn’Fly concierge service) in Rezé, just outside Nantes.
My apartment is 40 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator.
It has Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 4 guests. You’ll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, with modern amenities and easy access to shops and the banks of the Sèvre River. I hope you’ll feel right at home here, just as I do.

The Apartment
My apartment in Rezé is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends. It offers a cozy and pleasant space to explore the Nantes region while enjoying the comfort of a fully equipped apartment.

The master bedroom features a 160x200 double bed, perfect for restful nights. The living room easily converts into a sleeping area thanks to a Rapido sofa bed with a 140x190 mattress topper, which is just as comfortable. Sheets and towels are included so you can travel light and fully enjoy your stay.


The apartment features a modern, well-maintained bathroom, as well as a functional kitchen equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, raclette machine, and washing machine—ideal for longer stays. For your leisure time, the TV offers Canal+, Netflix, and Disney+. You’ll also have access to Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, a ceiling fan, and a portable cooling fan.
A stereo system is available so you can enjoy your music, the radio, and more.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

This apartment is my primary residence, so I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do! Feel free to browse the books on site if you feel like reading!

For your information, a paid public parking lot is less than a five-minute walk from the apartment (and there are a few free spots a little further away), which is convenient if you’re traveling by car.

## Emplacement
The neighborhood is lively and welcoming, right next to the banks of the Sèvre River. It offers a wide selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as pleasant walks along the river. Between the friendly locals and the proximity of amenities, Rezé is an excellent option for a stay combining relaxation and local exploration.

## Transports
The accommodation benefits from excellent access to public transport. The Pirmil tram stop (line 3) is about a 10-minute walk away, providing quick access to Nantes city centre. Nantes train station is about a 15-minute drive away, and Nantes Atlantique Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away. These options make getting around simple and convenient for all types of travellers.
