This stay centers around a spacious, 125 m² luxury property designed to offer a peaceful island getaway for families and friends. Tucked into the quiet setting of Villapark Waddenstaete on the scenic Wadden Island of Texel, this detached villa offers beautiful views over local meadows and riding stables. It serves as an exceptional private sanctuary for up to six guests looking to slow down, breathe in the fresh coastal air, and completely unwind.

Inside, the villa spans two floors of comfort, balancing large social spaces with wellness features. The ground floor opens into a tastefully furnished living room featuring tiled floors, a digital flat-screen TV, and an atmospheric wood-burning stove, which leads directly into a fully equipped open kitchen with a combination oven, dishwasher, and Senseo coffee maker. The flexible layout includes a primary bedroom on the ground floor with box-spring beds and a private TV, while the upper floor houses two additional spacious bedrooms, a main bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub, and a private Finnish sauna.

The indoor living spaces transition smoothly to the outdoors, where a private terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a parasol invites you to relax while taking in the countryside views. Families are well catered to with an included high chair, stair gate, and travel cot. Practical additions such as a dedicated parking space right at the villa, an internal storage utility room with a washer and dryer, an in-room safe, and free high-speed Wi-Fi ensure a completely carefree and comfortable island stay.
