- 1 double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, a small desk area and access to the garden level
- 1 dormitory-style bedroom, ideal for children, with 4 single beds (including two bunk beds)

- 1 shower room with washbasin, shower and washing machine
- 1 separate toilet
A living area comprising:
- 1 lounge with a 6-seater sofa and a Smart TV
- 1 dining area for 6 people
- 1 open-plan, fully equipped and well-organised kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.)
- 1 garden-level area with a dining area

Please note: access to the garden-level area is either via the left-hand side of the building when facing the front door — there are a few small steps — or from the double bedroom.

The Pélérins d’en Haut neighbourhood is a quiet and highly sought-after residential area of Chamonix, prized for its natural setting and proximity to the town centre.

Situated at the foot of the Mont Blanc massif, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of tourism, whilst remaining just a few minutes’ drive from Chamonix town centre.

It is also an excellent base for outdoor activities:

Quick access to several hiking and trail running routes.
Close to the Gaillands area, renowned for its lake, climbing crags and hiking trails.
Easy access to the valley’s ski areas via the main road.

For guests with a car, a dedicated parking space is available just a few metres from the flat. The space in front is reserved for the flat above; please do not park there.

During periods of snowfall, snow tyres or snow chains are compulsory in accordance with Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 on the compulsory equipment for certain vehicles in winter. You can find more information on this subject on Légifrance.
