Lovingly designed and furnished, our 45-square-meter vacation home is located in the basement of the “Beerengarten.” Nestled in a blossoming setting, enjoy breakfast under the apple tree and a garden sauna in the evening.

Morning swims in the lake right from the village’s own dock, just a few minutes’ walk away, complete with a sunbathing lawn—everything you need is right here.

The beer gardens on Lake Ammersee are authentically white and blue, some featuring brass band music and grilled fish on a stick, and always serving the obligatory Maß of beer to every guest.
There are plenty of quality dining options in the immediate vicinity, and you can also reach the opposite shore by steamboat or electric bike.

For those who want to head steeply uphill and follow the call of the mountains, the peaks await—blooming in summer, white in winter—and always beautiful.
Excursions lead to the numerous monasteries in the Pfaffenwinkel region; always a delight to behold with their ornate Baroque architecture and nestled among hills, streams, cows, and hiking trails, they evoke a sense of slowing down and the tranquil peace of bygone eras.

Museum visits and the retreats of the “Blauer Reiter” group beckon with views of the highest mountains in the Alps—close enough to touch.

There’s plenty to do for those who enjoy it. Chilling out and browsing in the countryside, with an iced coffee on the side table, would be the alternative.
