This stay centers around a spacious, 125 m² luxury villa designed to offer an indulgent wellness escape for up to four guests. Perfectly positioned within the serene setting of Villapark Waddenstaete on the scenic Wadden Island of Texel, this detached property is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve. It serves as an exceptional private sanctuary for couples, small families, or friends looking to slow down, breathe in the fresh coastal air, and completely unwind in a tranquil landscape.

Inside, the villa spans two floors of upscale comfort, balancing open social areas with dedicated private relaxation zones. The ground floor welcomes you with an extra-large, light-filled living room featuring tiled floors, a digital flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and an atmospheric wood-burning stove. This transitions seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen featuring a combination oven, dishwasher, and both Nespresso and Senseo coffee makers. Upstairs, the premium retreat continues with two spacious bedrooms outfitted with box-spring beds and private TVs, alongside a luxury bathroom that boasts a private Finnish sauna, a relaxing whirlpool tub, double sinks, and a sunbed.

The indoor living spaces transition smoothly to the outdoors, where a semi-enclosed private terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a parasol invites you to relax while taking in the natural surroundings. Families are thoughtfully catered to with an included high chair, stair gate, and travel cot, along with access to the park’s small playground and trampoline. Practical additions such as a dedicated parking space right at the door, an internal storage room with a washer, dryer, and safe, and free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi ensure a completely carefree and comfortable island getaway.
