This 120 m² single-storey villa has been designed for families and groups of friends. Its three bedrooms are real suites: each has its own double bed, air conditioning, mosquito net and above all its own bathroom. With six people, everyone gets ready at the same time — a rare luxury when travelling.PGJyPg
The 70 m² garden is fully enclosed and supervised: children play freely (games and bicycles provided) while the caretaker watches over the gate, day and night. The 5 by 12 metre swimming pool remains sunny from morning to evening, visible from the covered outdoor lounge where you can enjoy all your meals.

On the practical side, everything is there: full kitchen with oven, microwave and washing machine (precious with children), cot on request, Wi-Fi, TV in each room. And for parents: a panoramic terrace on the roof for an aperitif at sunset, a brazier for the evenings, an outdoor shower on the way back from the beach.

Baraka, our English-speaking steward, is your unique contact on site. His welcome and advice are included in your stay. On request and for an additional fee, he organizes for you: airport transfers, home cook (Swahili breakfast or dinner prepared at the villa), babysitting, and the must-see excursions adapted to children — snorkeling on the Mnemba lagoon, colobus monkeys of the Jozani forest, spice farm, Stone Town. The price list for these services is given to you on arrival.

The large beach of Kiwengwa is a 7-minute walk away: white sand and shallow lagoon at low tide, ideal for the little ones. Mini-market 10 minutes away for daily shopping. The airport is about an hour's drive away; we will organize your transfer if you wish.PGJyPg
