Just 50 metres from the sand at Cala Molins, this 100m² holiday home sits within a small, well-kept complex built around a shared pool, ideal for anyone who wants beach life without stepping far from the door. It sleeps up to six across three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, with two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, one with a shower plus a separate toilet. A private balcony fitted with a table and chairs looks out toward the cove, a lovely spot for breakfast before the beach or a sundowner after.

Inside, modern furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen make everyday living easy, while air conditioning runs through every room, bedrooms included, keeping things comfortable through the hottest stretches of summer. The shared pool, 8 by 4 metres, is set within the wider complex and offers a relaxed, sociable spot to cool off, popular with families thanks to the easy mix of space and company. Sea and mountain views reach out from various points around the property, adding to the sense of being properly by the coast.

Shops, the local bus stop, and everyday essentials sit just 100 metres away, with Pollença's town centre a 6km drive and a golf course at 9km. Palma Airport is roughly 60km out. Guests often mention how easy the location makes things — walking distance to the beach, close to daily amenities, and quiet enough to properly switch off.
