This renovated farmhouse offers plenty of space for several families or an extended family, featuring eco-friendly building materials and a historic charm that was deliberately preserved during the renovation. The private gym and the spacious property make it particularly attractive for groups with children.

The communal kitchen is equipped with two stoves, two ovens, and two refrigerators. The dining table can be extended from three to 4.5 meters. There is a five-meter-long table on the dining terrace. The fireplace with two openings heats the hall and living room, and a long heated bench invites guests to sit. Each of the four master bedrooms has its own bathroom.

The 3,700 m² property is home to mature trees, and three go-karts are available for the children. The sports hall in the adjacent building allows for soccer, handball, volleyball, basketball, badminton, and pickleball, regardless of the weather.

The Rodewald Natural Swimming Area is just 600 meters away. In the neighboring town of Norddrebber, there’s a café, and in Steimbke, you can visit the Giebichenstein boulder. The Lichtenmoor is an intact moor with active peat extraction, and Rodewald has a small local history museum.
