Nobody gets the sofa.
No sofa beds. No one drawing the short straw. Everyone gets a proper bedroom and a proper night’s sleep.

Whether you’re getting ready for the footy, a concert, a wedding or breakfast, three bathrooms make group travel so much easier.

Two living areas. Everyone gets their own space.
Kids can watch TV while the adults enjoy a quiet drink. Early risers don’t wake everyone else. Everyone has room to spread out.

Bars, pubs, restaurants and cafés are all around the corner.
Grab dinner before the game, celebrate afterwards or simply enjoy Melbourne’s food scene without needing the car.

Perfect if you’re driving, but many guests park the car when they arrive and don’t use it again until it’s time to head home.

The living room isn’t huge.
We’re not going to pretend it is.
So we turned the courtyard into an extension of the living space with a retractable awning, a beautiful mural and plenty of greenery.
It’s where morning coffees turn into afternoon chats and post-game drinks.
