Barely a stone's throw from the beach, this smartly updated 120m² house puts you right in the pulse of Puerto Pollença without giving up the privacy of your own pool and terrace. Inside, three bedrooms sleep up to six: a double and two twin rooms, with two en-suite shower rooms plus a third shared bathroom, so mornings never turn into a queue. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area feels bright and current, with a big flatscreen TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi keeping downtime easy, while the kitchen itself is stocked with everything from a dishwasher to a coffee machine.

Slide open the glass doors at the back and you're in your own private sun trap: a paved patio wrapped around a compact pool, with sun loungers, a dining terrace, and a barbecue for evenings spent grilling instead of dining out. It's the kind of setup that lets you swing between beach mornings and poolside afternoons without ever needing to pack up and move on.

Location is the real draw. The sand is just 150 metres away, the buzz of Puerto Pollença's town centre only 100 metres out, and the nearest shops a two-minute walk at 50 metres. A golf course sits 10km down the road for those wanting a change of pace. Past guests have consistently praised how central and well-equipped it feels, calling it an easy base for exploring everything the port has to offer.
