Set just outside Pollença, this 90m² villa sits on a leafy 1,200m² plot and blends a bright, modern finish with genuinely cosy touches, sleeping up to four in comfort. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens into a sunlit living room that flows straight out to the patio and pool, making indoor-outdoor living feel effortless. A double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and a twin room with a bathroom just across the hall complete this level, both kept comfortably cool with air conditioning.

Head upstairs and you'll find a second living area, furnished with a TV and plenty of comfortable seating, ideal for a quiet evening or a change of scenery from the pool. Down below, an open fireplace in the ground-floor lounge adds real warmth on cooler nights, a detail that turns an ordinary stay into something a little more memorable. The garden itself is fenced and furnished, wrapped around a private pool, with a terrace and barbecue set up for long outdoor evenings.

Everyday comforts are well covered, from a washing machine and heat pump to Wi-Fi and two spaces of open-air parking right by the villa. Pollença's town centre is an easy 1km away, with shops 2km out and a golf course at 5km. Both the sandy and rocky beaches sit around 8km from the door, with Palma Airport roughly 58km away, close enough for an easy arrival, far enough to feel like a proper escape.
