A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
We’ve succeeded in creating our second gem—as our guests confirm—equipped with everything your heart desires, cozy, luxurious, and in a vintage style.
As a welcome, we offer a small snack, a bottle of water, and, of course, Einbecker beer.
A living and sleeping area with a modern bathroom; the kitchen, custom-designed by a kitchen studio, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with a 4-burner induction cooktop, an oven, an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and pull-out drawers—all in a high-gloss finish.
Pots, frying pans, bowls, plates, breakfast sets, silverware, and glasses for all beverages—nothing is missing.
The wardrobe features sliding doors, compartments, and a clothes rod.
The plush corduroy box-spring bed, complete with under-bed storage and a high-quality mattress topper, stands out as a highlight against a golden wall, where you can relax and watch TV.
You can also make yourself comfortable in a cozy seating area with swivel armchairs and a floor lamp—perfect for watching TV, reading, and more.
The dining table with two swivel chairs sits on a raised platform, setting it slightly apart from the rest of the apartment.
The windows are double-glazed and soundproof; thanks to their design, you can look out, but no one can see into the apartment.
The apartment is suitable for people with allergies—there are no down comforters—and the flooring consists of
wood-look planks, while the shower has click vinyl flooring.
A lockable bike storage room with bikes available for rent is provided; there is space for motorcycles on the fenced-in property.
My two vacation apartments, both on the first floor, offer a total of seven
sleeping spots, making them well-suited for multiple family members.
I’m a passionate host; it’s especially important to me that my guests feel at home here, and I look forward to meeting people from all over the world.
I look forward to your visit
