The Space:

Welcome to your perfect Cape Coral family vacation. Step outside onto the lanai, coffee in hand, and feel the relaxation settle in before the day has even begun. This is the place. A private pool sparkling in the Florida sun, a fishing dock at the water's edge, an outdoor kitchen ready for evenings together, and four bedrooms of pure comfort and luxury — from the light fixtures to the linens, every detail was chosen with you in mind.

Inside the Home

Step inside to a midcentury modern interior that immediately feels like somewhere special — warm finishes, thoughtful design, and the kind of quality that you notice in every room without being able to point to exactly why. The open-concept living and dining area flows naturally toward the pool and lanai beyond, keeping the Florida light and the water view part of the experience at all times. The kitchen is a genuine centerpiece — a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar, French door refrigerator, mounted oven, and everything stocked for real group cooking. An eat-in dining area keeps the whole family together for shared meals, and the open-air study provides a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to sneak in a little work between swims. Six adult bikes are available for exploring the neighborhood at whatever pace feels right.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor space is the soul of this property and where the best moments of every stay happen. The private pool is the centerpiece of the lanai — sparkling, surrounded by lush palm trees and Florida sunshine, with plenty of deck space for lounging, entertaining, and long afternoon floats. The built-in outdoor kitchen with gas grill makes al fresco cooking completely effortless — dinner by the pool, every night, exactly as a Florida vacation should feel. Step down to the fishing dock and the gazebo comes into view — a shaded perch at the water's edge where cold drinks, good conversation, and slow afternoons belong. This is the kind of outdoor space that makes guests forget there's an inside.

Getting Around

You're in the heart of Cape Coral's riverfront waterway system — one of the most coveted locations in all of Southwest Florida for boaters, anglers, and anyone who loves waking up to open water. Downtown Cape Coral's waterfront restaurants and shops are just minutes away. Fort Myers Beach and the Gulf Coast's sugar sand shores are a short drive for beach days, and the full dining and entertainment scene of Fort Myers and Bonita Springs is within easy reach for evenings out.

This is the Cape Coral vacation home that has everything the whole family needs — a private pool and jacuzzi, a dock, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, luxury interiors, six bikes, and a riverfront setting that makes every single day here feel like exactly what a Florida family vacation is supposed to feel like.

Please note the pool and jacuzzi have a system that connects them both, the temperature can not for the time being be set over 90 degrees.
