Contemporary styling and a bright, open layout create a welcoming setting for spending time together. The living area flows naturally into the dining space and kitchen, encouraging relaxed mornings, shared meals and unhurried evenings after a day in the sun. Daylight pours in through the glazed doors at the far end of the room, adding to the airy atmosphere and creating an easy connection with the outdoor space.

The swimming pool provides a refreshing place to cool off and enjoy the warm Croatian climate before gathering back indoors to unwind. Located in the peaceful village of Kakma, the property offers easy access to both the Adriatic coast and the rural landscapes of northern Dalmatia. Spend your days exploring nearby beaches, visiting the historic streets of Zadar or discovering the beauty of Vrana Lake Nature Park, where walking, cycling and birdwatching reveal a different side of the region.
