HOUSE RULES / OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
92 nights minimum — strictly. Shorter requests are declined, without exception. This protects the calm every resident here signs up for.
We sign a proper Belgian lease before check-in — with a certified expert inventory at entry and exit, a refundable security guarantee (blocked account or bank guarantee), and tenant liability insurance. This is what serious extended stays look like; it protects you as much as us.
Rate covers 5 registered occupants; each additional occupant €40/night, maximum 10 -12 . All occupants named in the lease. Strictly residential use — no events, no client-facing business, no smoking; pets on request (pet fee applies).
Currently the property is UNFURNISHED .
Unfurnished by default — bring your own world. Essential furnishing package available on request: allow 2–3 weeks before check-in; price confirmed by Special Offer according to the package chosen.
