Spend the day on Navarre’s white-sand beaches, then return to your private hot tub, tiki bar, fire pit and fenced backyard. Children and teens can enjoy their own air-conditioned bunkhouse with four double bunk beds, a double Boneless sofa bed in the loft, Xbox, arcade games and karaoke.
The property accommodates up to 12 guests between the three-bedroom main house and the separate Teen Bunkhouse, giving families and groups room to gather without spending the entire vacation in one living space

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ We are happy to accommodate small to medium-sized pets (20-80 lbs, 15-40 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, we'll request the fee manually.
▶ No parties. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment and in any areas connected to it, including the balcony, entryway, windows, shared hallways, or any part of the building's premises that may affect other residents or guests.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted.
▶ TRASH: The trash is removed every Tuesday. If your reservation has fallen on these days, please kindly place the trash containers on the evening before outside by the road, and place them back after the trash is picked up, but no later than the evening of pickup.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we'll address them immediately.
