A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to this lovely holiday home in the heart of Højby. Here you are surrounded by green areas and a large garden that invites you to explore and relax. The house is located in the middle of the plot and has several cozy spots around where you can enjoy the sun's rays from morning to evening.
The house is a charming type house from 1980 and offers a spacious and sunny living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows that bring nature inside. With three bedrooms, a built-in sofa and an extra bed, there is room for a large family. The older style is preserved in the cozy bathroom, which adds to the charm of the house.
The garden is a chapter in itself. Here you can enjoy the sun on the large terrace while the children play on the lawn. Step into a world of old birch and pine trees that create a wonderful atmosphere of being surrounded by nature. The fire pit in the corner of the garden is the perfect place for cozy moments and home-cooked meals.
The area offers many exciting experiences. Go for a run in Ellinge Skovhegn, enjoy an evening swim at Gudmindrup Strand or visit the local farm shops such as Skjelbækgaard and Green Glory. In the cold months you can try winter swimming from the ladder in Havnebyen, and in the warm months Højby is the perfect starting point for boat trips to Lillero.
