Welcome to our beautifully renovated three-bedroom villa in the heart of the Likya Homes, where timeless character meets contemporary luxury.

This home has been designed with exceptional care and attention to detail. Every corner has been thoughtfully curated to create a warm, elegant, and relaxing atmosphere where you can truly feel at home from the moment you arrive. From the carefully selected furnishings and soft textures to the lighting, artwork, and decorative touches, every element has been chosen with our guests’ comfort in mind.

The villa is one of Kalkan’s earlier homes and has been completely renovated to an exceptional standard. Rather than simply modernising the property, we wanted to preserve its unique character and the authentic atmosphere that makes Kalkan so special. The result is a beautiful blend of contemporary design and original charm, creating a home that feels both stylish and full of history.

Original features, including the fireplace, have been carefully retained and incorporated into the new interior, while elegant floating staircases with integrated lighting add a distinctive architectural touch. Carefully designed ambient lighting throughout the villa creates a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, making every space inviting both day and night.

The spacious open-plan living area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped modern kitchen, creating the perfect space for relaxing and spending time together. Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed as a peaceful retreat, offering comfortable beds, stylish furnishings, and everything you need for a restful stay.

One of the villa’s highlights is its rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful views over Kalkan Harbour, the Mediterranean Sea, and the picturesque town centre. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or simply relax while taking in the scenery.

The location is another major advantage. Situated in the heart of Kalkan, everything is just a short walk away. The charming Old Town, supermarkets, boutique shops, cafés, restaurants, the harbour, local health centre, and the town’s amenities can all be reached within just a few minutes on foot, allowing you to enjoy your holiday without needing a car.

Our goal was not simply to renovate a property, but to create a home where guests can experience the comfort of modern living while enjoying the authentic atmosphere of one of Kalkan’s original neighbourhoods. We hope you’ll feel the same care, warmth, and attention to detail that went into creating this special place, and leave with wonderful memories of your stay.
