Each of these areas is complemented by a private room containing a french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, offering additional sleeping comfort and privacy. A fully equipped open kitchen serves the property and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with a second exit leading directly to the terrace. A separate WC is also available within the property. The large roofed terrace spans 30 m2 and is furnished with terrace furniture, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the sea.
