A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
The Deckhouse on Mackenzie - if Twizel had a CBD this property is in the heart of it. The walking distance to the Twizel`s central Marketplace, shops and eateries is best described in meters rather than minutes.
Its unobstructed Northern orientation creates a sunny, light and vibrant space - both indoors and out. Whether you`re planning to adventure through the Mackenzie or just after a laid-back getaway with friends/family, we have you covered.
A full renovation, with holiday letting in mind, has created a modern, and calm place to relax. Nestle next to the warm fire in winter, or enjoy the high spec air conditioning in summer, this place has been tailormade as an all-seasons holiday base.
The Master Bedroom and Ensuite make up a second story escape, with stunning views to Aoraki/Mt Cook, Ben Ohau and Benmore Ranges. Yes, you can wake to sights of Mt Cook from the master bed on a clear day!
The living area expands onto an extensive, raised kwila deck like no other, while the large backyard and secondary access allows ample off-street parking for your boat or other toys.
Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Bunk Beds (= 4 single beds)
MAXIMUM 8 GUESTS
Bedding, bed linen and towels are provided for your stay with us. After you leave, we do a full clean of the house.
