Balcony works are currently underway in the building and will continue until February 2026. The works will take place on weekdays only, between 7am and 3pm. Workers will not enter the apartment, and you’re welcome to keep the blinds closed for privacy during this time.

There is currently a heating issue in the building which affects the heating in the apartment. We have provided good portable heaters for each room in the apartment for your comfort while we wait for an update from the building manager regarding this.
