A long balcony leads to your private entrance and into the bright, thoughtfully designed living space.



The living room features warm hardwood floors, designer boucle furnishings, a white brick fireplace, and Samsung Frame TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, while the dining nook is perfect for morning coffee or a relaxed dinner after the beach.

The private bedroom features a plush queen bed, soft drapery, ceiling fan, and storage.



For additional sleeping space, the home features an open king sleeping loft, reached by a fixed vertical ladder. The wood-clad loft has a floor-level king bed and gives the suite something most one-bedroom stays don't: a separate sleeping area and extra flexibility for groups of up to four.



The loft is open to the living space and is not enclosed by a door. Because access is via a steep vertical ladder, it is best suited to adults and older teens who are comfortable climbing it. Guests who need two conventional private bedrooms or have mobility limitations should consider whether this unique layout is right for their stay.

The property shares the building with one other separate and independent unit below, but guests enjoy exclusive use of their upper-level space throughout their stay.

Please note that the home has 1 portable AC unit.

While it is intended to help cool the space, cooling performance may vary depending on outdoor temperatures and usage.



King Bed Loft

The loft bedroom is accessed by a fixed wooden ladder that is steep by design and best suited for able-bodied adults

Not recommended for young children, seniors, or guests with limited mobility

Guests staying in the loft do so at their own comfort and discretion.

PARKING

Street parking only. There is no designated on-site parking for this property.

The area directly in front of the garage is for brief loading and unloading only. Once you have unloaded your belongings, please move your vehicle to available street parking on 34th Street or 35th Street.



Please do not leave your vehicle parked in front of the garage, as this can block garage access for neighbors.

Important: Always check posted street signs for street cleaning schedules and any parking restrictions before leaving your vehicle.

Casual personal photos and videos taken by registered guests are permitted.



No unregistered guests or visitors. Only guests included on the reservation may enter or use the property unless approved in writing by the Host.



No unauthorized or undeclared pets. All pets must be properly disclosed and approved in accordance with the listing's pet policy and Airbnb requirements. Applicable service-animal rules will be honored.



Do not tamper with property equipment. Guests may not disconnect, disable, unplug, cover, move, or otherwise interfere with Wi-Fi/network equipment, permitted exterior security devices, smart-home devices, or other property systems.



Guests and visitors must respect our neighbors at all times. No excessive noise, disruptive activity, excessive vehicle traffic, blocked driveways, or other neighborhood disturbances.
