La Villa Simone, a bright house entirely designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 travelers, just 100 meters from the seafront of Mers-les-Bains. Ideal for families or stays with friends, the villa offers a warm and retro chic setting, spread over 4 levels to guarantee everyone their space and comfort.

On the first floor, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen with several coffee makers (filter, Nespresso and piston), a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a raclette machine etc. The kitchen is open to a convivial dining room with 8 chairs, perfect for sharing your meals after a day at the beach.

A separate toilet is attached to the kitchen.

In the basement, the villa has a private sauna for 4-6 people, the + to relax during your stay!

On the 1st floor, the house offers a large living room with its typical bow-window and a double sofa bed that quickly converts into a large bed (160cm).

A bathroom is en-suite and is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.

On the 2nd floor, you will find the blue double bedroom (160 cm bed) with a dresser to store your clothes as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer).

Finally, on the top floor, you will find the second double bedroom which is the red room (bed of 160) which also has a dresser.

The children's room is right next to it and is equipped with a bunk bed (90x200). Books and games are available.
