Upstairs, you will have access to a second bedroom on a mezzanine level, also with a double bed (140cm), a second shower room, a toilet, and a large walk-in closet. This mezzanine is designed like a loft, with each space open to the others. Each bedroom has its own television.



The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned.



You will also find a secure underground garage.

Plage du Midi is located past the port of Cannes on the way to Mandelieu-La-Napoule. These public sandy beaches stretch all the way to the beaches of Cannes. La Bocca offers a magnificent view of the Esterel mountains. Less crowded than the beaches of La Croisette, these family-friendly beaches offer a beautiful view of the Lérins Islands.
