Enjoyed our stay. Location & view of Marina absolutely great. Compared to previous villas we have stayed in this villa was a bit disappointing. Bedrooms smallish with no main centre light in a couple - one bedside lamp which could only be switched on or off from one bed because of placement of socket is annoying. No walk in shower in any bathroom. 3 over bath showers no good for the elderly. A towel rail placed almost above one toilet bowl is in a dangerous place & one of the family hit his head & had a cut on forehead afterwards. Pool tiny & water VERY cold in hot weather as the sun didn’t hit the pool. IN MY OPINION I think this villa would not be suitable for young children as pool badly placed right outside the door & also the surrounding walls to main road are quite low. Villa & grounds smaller than expected but we enjoyed all the local restaurants & pubs nearby. There is a good Spar only minutes away. We got Ubers in to old town square for about €4. Overall we really enjoyed having the family together & had a fabulous fun holiday.

Group of 10 adults and teenagers stayed here for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The villa is perfect for large groups and is both well equipped and well maintained. The location is fabulous right on the marina and short walk or taxi ride to a number of small beaches and the old and new towns. The pool although small was perfect for cooling down… Loved everything!!!

Family of 10 staying for 10 days. The host Carlos was fantastic, anything we need he was happy to help and quick. Size of the villa was brilliant and a very short walk to the bars and restaurants over at the marina. Also a 5/10 min Uber to the old town where all the shops were. It was a second stay and definitely going to come back again. Thankyou so much to the hosts. :)

Lovely villa
Villa was good, outside pool area wasn’t quite big enough for us and the pool was freezing. All in all very good holiday with excellent friends perfect location

All amenities available.
However, as we had a 1.5 year old toddler in the group, keeping her from the stairs and steps was a challenge.
In this respect the property was not ideal.
Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Emplacement très bruyant à cause des groupes de très jeunes des locations autour
Invasion de fourmis jusque dans les lits , première nuit dans le salon nous avons du acheter du produit le lendemain , pas d aide de l'hôte ... et l emplacement est très bruyant les locations autour loué à des jeunes fiesta toute la nuit

We were a group ages 20 to 80. Property was perfect for all our needs. Very spacious and well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Fabulous views across Marina. Convenient to old and new town by taxi. Marina has array of great bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Perfect for a relaxed family holiday. Thanks Isobel and Carlos we will be back next year.

Un séjour très agréable grâce à la maison qui est bien placée et charmante.
Notre séjour dans la maison c’est très bien
passé. Cependant, il nous a été demandé de payer plus de caution car nous avions moins de 25 ans. Mis à part cela la maison est très agréable et le propriétaire est gentil.

Had a fantastic family holiday ages from 11years to 70 years .We never felt the need to go into the old town as we found all we needed on the marine.Plenty to amuse the whole family .was just a 15 minute walk to the old town but it was very hot and the town was very busy .We just walked round to the other side of the marina to some of the nice bars and restaurants only took a few minutes.plenty of room for barbeques and sunbathing at villa .Tried were amazing

well appointed villa in a great location
The Villa is equipped to a high standard and overlooking the marina, (and bungee jump) means there's always something going on....walking distance to old town

Wow! Fabulous place to stay!
We were met Carlos at the villa and he made sure we were happy with everything before he left us to enjoy the view! The villa was even better than the pictures, and was spotless ,well done housekeeping! The view of the marina was stunning ,you could never get fed up with that view.It only took about 2minutes to walk around the marina to the bars and cafes opposite the villa.We hired a car and old town Albuferia was a 5minute drive away with its shops ,bars ,and restaurants. We went quad biking,dolphin watching ,shopping swimming and to Aqualand water park which was about half an hours drive away ,good slides ,great fun! We had a wonderful time and Carnt recommend the villa enough ,wish we were still there!
