Poggio alla Famina is a private luxury villa set in the rolling countryside near Montepulciano, in the heart of Tuscany's wine country. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and panoramic hills, the estate sleeps up to 14 guests across six air-conditioned bedrooms and features a heated infinity pool with unobstructed views over the Val d'Orcia landscape. Originally dating from 1850 and carefully rebuilt on its historic foundations, the villa combines the soul of an authentic Tuscan farmhouse with the comfort and design of a contemporary luxury retreat, and is always rented exclusively to one group at a time.

OUTDOOR LIVING & HEATED INFINITY POOL
The heated infinity pool overlooks the vineyards and is open from April to October (heating available on request, separate charge). Around the pool: sun loungers, a shaded pergola for outdoor dining, multiple lounge areas, a bocce court, an olive grove and open gardens. The outdoor spaces are large enough for the whole group to spend full days outside — moving naturally from breakfast to swim, long lunches under the pergola, sunset aperitivo and dinner under the stars. The pool is heated on request and it's only possible to turn on in the winter/spring months.
