Flour Mill House at Pitkerro Mill is a beautifully restored 16th century mill conversion located on the outskirts of Dundee and Broughty Ferry. Combining historic character with modern comfort, the property offers spacious accommodation suited to family holidays, golfing trips, business stays and longer visits to the area.
Set just off the Kellas Road, the house provides a peaceful setting while remaining close to the city, coastline and some of Scotland’s best golf courses. Guests can enjoy generous living areas, stylish interiors, a private garden and patio space, along with a separate games room that adds an extra social space for groups and families.
The property has a calm and comfortable feel throughout, with bright open spaces and carefully renovated features that reflect the history of the original mill building.

The house is arranged across multiple levels and offers spacious accommodation for groups and families travelling together. Bedrooms are finished in a clean, modern style with comfortable beds, soft furnishings and useful storage space for longer stays.
