Sea Colony is a premier oceanfront resort and residential community in Bethany Beach, Delaware, offering a half-mile of private, guarded beach, 12 swimming pools (including indoor facilities), world-class tennis and pickleball courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Spread across oceanfront high-rises and inland townhomes, it caters to families. The reserved space is covered (under the building) and steps away from the entrance.
Sea Colony charges a mandatory per-person fee for guests four and older. This fee varies by the time of year. The local VueStay team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
