Nestled on the highly sought-after North Cape of Cape San Blas, Lime Pie is a true beachfront escape where unforgettable sunsets, sugar-white sand, and the natural beauty of Florida’s Forgotten Coast come together. Located just past the famous “rocks,” this coastal retreat sits in one of the most desirable stretches of the Cape — directly on the newly restored beach with panoramic Gulf-front views and peaceful bay scenery.

Wake up to dolphins playing offshore, spend your afternoons fishing just steps from the house, and end each evening with spectacular sunsets over the Gulf. Bald eagles nest nearby, wildlife is abundant year-round, and the calm waters of the bay and nearby kayak launch make it easy to explore both sides of the peninsula.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, a fishing trip, or a relaxing beach getaway, Lime Pie offers the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and natural beauty — all in one unforgettable location.

Florida the way it used to be. Quiet. Natural. Uncrowded. Unforgettable.
