Summary:

Tucked away amongst lush native gardens and elevated above Palm Beach, this stunning multi-level retreat offers the ultimate Waiheke escape. With sweeping views across Putiki Bay and Te Toki Reserve, incredible sunsets, and beautifully designed indoor-outdoor living spaces, this is a home made for long summer days and relaxed island living.

The Space:

The spacious home is spread across three levels and offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups wanting both connection and privacy. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area opens seamlessly onto expansive decks surrounded by tropical planting and peaceful bush views. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the valley, gathering around the outdoor dining table, or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset, every space has been designed to embrace the natural beauty of Waiheke.

Outside, the property truly feels like a private resort. Soak in the spa pool beneath the stars, relax in the sauna after a beach day, or rinse off under the outdoor shower before settling into an evening on the deck. The landscaped gardens create a peaceful sense of seclusion while still being only a short stroll from Palm Beach, the local store, and nearby cafés.

The master suite features its own ensuite and private study, while the additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation across the home, including a separate lower-level guest space with its own bathroom and sauna access.

Combining privacy, space, and an unbeatable Palm Beach location, this executive holiday home is the perfect base for a luxurious Waiheke getaway.
