Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the deck as you stargaze or take in the nature around you. Snuggle around the fireplace and watch your favorite sports game or movie, or just have good conversation. At the end of a long, fun day, sink into comfortable beds and recharge for another day of adventure. The bedrooms are all outfitted with a TV and ceiling fan for your comfort. No large trucks or work vehicles are allowed at this condo complex. Parking is restricted to a maximum of 3 vehicles and is strictly enforced. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Pleasant townhouse with balcony overlooking woods and creek, with access to courts, lake, hikes, restaurants. Very enjoyable stay. One of several houses rented for a family reunion.

We stayed in this property for Labor Day weekend with another family. It was perfect for two families. There was a creek for the kids to play in behind the townhouse, playground + Sapphire Valley Resort amenities within walking distance. Canyon Kitchen right across the street and all other restaurants, grocery + lots of hikes within 5-10 minutes. We loved how convenient it was. We will be back!

Our family loved everything about this home. The location, the layout, the comfy beds and peaceful surroundings - everything! There is a beautiful path that you. A walk to get to the Sapphire Valley community center which is an added bonus. We saw several bunnies every day that we made the walk. Vacasa and the owners were extremely easy to work with and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We’ve been coming to the Cashiers area every year for over 20 years, this is our new favorite place to stay.
