This beautiful 2-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and offers stunning bay views from the private balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach. Please note: Minimum booking age is 25+.
The spacious and comfortable layout offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, one assigned parking space.
Boat slip rental is available for an additional flat fee of $90 per day.
Located on the bay side in North Ocean City, you’ll be close to local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and just a short walk to the beach.

• Bedroom 2 – Two Twin Beds
• Living Room – Queen Sleeper Sofa and a pull-out sofa chair

This property is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed — either two small dogs (under 12 lbs each) or one large dog. A one-time fee of $150 per pet applies for the duration of the stay

Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest).
For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival.
