The Space:
This pair of historic loft apartments puts you right in the heart of downtown Asheville, just two blocks from Pack Square. Specialty wine and chocolate shops can be found just around the corner. You'll also find abundant restaurants, art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters all within walking distance. Notable attractions are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery.
Each apartment showcases historic highlights including exposed brick, hardwood floors, and high ceilings, while modern furnishings and appliances provide 21st-century convenience. Each space features its own full kitchen and a washer/dryer, making this a great choice for friends or families traveling together. Free WiFi is equipped throughout the property for web browsing and remote working. The two units can be accessed internally, by unlocking the adjoining interior door with a key that will be provided.
UNIT 101
The living area serves as the social heart of the apartment. Comfy seating for five is available on a sleeper sofa and plush chairs is a great place to gather and unwind. A beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops overlooks the living room. The front bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, frosted windows, and substantial drapery for added privacy and a restful atmosphere. Tucked toward the back of the rental, the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and a quiet space to unwind. The rental also includes two full bathrooms, both conveniently located in the common areas rather than directly attached to either bedroom, making them easily accessible to everyone in your group.
UNIT 102
Furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat and a TV in the living room. A small hightop table for four sits right outside the kitchen detailed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The primary bedroom is tucked away at the back of the building, offering a comfortable queen-size bed and the convenience of a private ensuite bathroom with washer and dryer. This bedroom also has its own private sitting area with TV. Located at the opposite end of the rental tucked into the interior, the second bedroom with queen bed provides additional privacy and a cozy space to unwind. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall from this bedroom.
Things to Know
-Access to unit 101 is street facing and ground level.
-Access to unit 102 is around the back of the building and requires entrance past the patio of the local restaurant. You will be provided a code for the gate that separates the entrance area of the rental from the restaurant patio. Upon entering the building, guests will find an entry area and then 12 steps leading up to the rental.
-The two units can be accessed internally, by unlocking the adjoining interior door with a key that will be provided.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-Parking is not reserved and can be metered parking on the street available on a first-come, first-serve basis or paid daily in a nearby parking garage.
-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Great location. Easy walk to excellent restaurants and the South Slope Brewing District. Very well appointed interior and furnishings.

The apartments were wonderful & we loved how you could open the panel to make it feel like one accommodation. It was very clean, but there was a smell in 101 around the kitchen sink, like a soured towel. (But the towels smelled fine. Maybe its the drain?)When my friends got there, the code didn't work to get in. We got there 15-20 min later & it didn't work for us either. My friend already had someone from management on the phone & even changing the code didn't work. Ultimately they got us in by changing codes multiple times, but we were standing outside the apartment approximately an hour. One person even hung up on me when i complained. The location was fantastic for walking to restaurants but the traffic had moments of being loud late at night.There are 2 other things-the dryer kept flipping the breaker, so we couldn't use it & the hot water in the ensuite bathroom shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold.Would i stay there again? Absolutely! Just be prepared for some minor headaches.

The property itself was great however we ran into significant issues while checking in. The codes to the lock boxes were not provided at check-in. We were standing on sidewalk with all of our luggage for an hour and a half waiting to get the codes to unlock either door. It required us talking to four different people to get all of the codes for both apartments.
Regarding the property itself, it was a great spot for a large group. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for all of us! The lofts were clean and location was perfect. The Lofts had 4 separate full bathrooms which was very convenient. It is one of the few locations in downtown Asheville that can comfortably sleep a large group of people. The only word of caution I will provide is there is a transient population experiencing homelessness nearby and one individual tried to shake the handle to get into our apartment so we recommend keeping the door locked at all times. While staying there, we recommend parking in the Sears Alley parking deck that is about .1 miles away.
