Eight hundred metres from the lake beaches of Biscarrosse, deep within the Landes pine forest that stretches across the Atlantic Southwest, the Domaine de Gascogne offers a genuinely restorative setting for families and groups. The residence's Basque-inspired architecture, free outdoor pool, and natural forest surroundings make it one of the most appealing bases in the region for those who want to combine lake life with a relaxed, well-equipped place to stay.

This one-bedroom apartment sleeps five and is set within the pine-shaded grounds of the residence. The bedroom offers a comfortable private sleeping space, while the living area provides additional sleeping capacity alongside a TV. The bathroom keeps the group's daily routine smooth and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a combined oven-microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher for easy self-catering. Bed linen and towels are included, and free parking is available within the residence.

The unheated outdoor pool and children's paddling pool are open from May to September, and table tennis and a play area are free for all guests throughout the stay. A bicycle storage facility is available on-site. Golf and bike hire are bookable nearby as paid activities.

The lake beaches of Biscarrosse are just a short walk away, with swimming, sailing, windsurfing, and paddleboarding all on offer. Hiking and horse riding trails thread through the surrounding pine forest, and Arcachon's bay and famous oyster beds are around 30km away. Bordeaux — with its UNESCO-listed historic centre and celebrated wine culture — makes a rewarding day trip around 80km from the residence.
