Houlgate sits at the heart of the Normandy Côte Fleurie - a beautifully preserved Norman resort town of half-timbered houses, rolling hills, and a wide sandy beach just 800 metres away. This premium one-bedroom apartment provides a well-appointed base for four, situated within a residence that combines classic Norman architecture with a genuinely impressive wellness and pool facility.

The apartment features a bedroom with two single beds, which can be arranged as a double on request, alongside a living area with a convertible sofa bed and a TV. The bathroom keeps the group's daily routine comfortable and unhurried. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher for relaxed self-catering. Free Wi-Fi is included, and a private terrace or balcony brings the panoramic hillside views of Houlgate directly into the stay. Free parking is available within the residence.

The indoor heated pool and fitness studio are free for all guests, with an outdoor pool open from May to September. The Algotherm Spa - featuring sauna, hammam, sensory showers, a salt wall, and professional treatment rooms - is one of Normandy's finest wellness spaces. Sauna and hammam are included; spa rituals and treatments are bookable as paid extras at preferential rates.

Houlgate's beach is a short walk away, and Deauville, with its casino, horse racing, and glamorous seafront, is 21km out. Horse riding, sailing, hiking, climbing, and tennis are all close by for active guests. A premium Norman stay that works across every season.
