Houlgate is one of Normandy's most quietly elegant seaside resorts — a classic Norman townscape of half-timbered facades, rolling green hills, and a sandy beach just 800 metres from the residence gates. This premium compact apartment is a refined and well-equipped retreat for two, combining the warmth of the Norman coast with an on-site Algotherm Spa that elevates the stay well beyond the ordinary.

The apartment features an open-plan living area with a double sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher, and a bathroom, keeping daily routines comfortable. A private terrace or balcony provides an outdoor space to take in the panoramic views over the hills of Houlgate. An office area is included — useful for guests who need to stay connected alongside their relaxation. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are included.

The residence's indoor heated pool and fitness studio are free for all guests. The outdoor pool is open from May to September. The Algotherm Spa — with sauna, hammam, treatment rooms, sensory showers, and a salt wall — is one of the most complete wellness facilities on the Normandy coast. Sauna and hammam are included; spa treatments and rituals are available as paid extras, with preferential rates when booked alongside the stay.

Houlgate's beach is 800m away, and Deauville and Trouville — with their casino, horse racing, and celebrated seafood restaurants — are just 21km. Horse riding, sailing, hiking, climbing, and tennis are all available nearby, making this a premium Norman base that works as well for active breaks as it does for pure relaxation.
