This wonderful apartment is located in the heart of the city's historic center. The property is exterior and fully equipped, including one bedroom, a bathroom, a living-dining room, and a kitchen. We also provide amenities for young children (crib and high chair), as well as wifi and air conditioning/heating.The property is on the ground floor and has a lift.
On the top floor, you can enjoy a solarium (access via elevator).This flat is located in a fully refurbished building with BREEAM certification for sustainable construction.
Access to the apartment:
The apartment is accessed through the STAYMYWAYapp with a smart key (which works via Bluetooth on your mobile phone). You will need to download the app to access both the building and the apartment.
Deposit:
You will have to leave a deposit of 300€ as a security deposit which will be returned within 72 hours after the flat has been cleaned and checked.
