POOL/SPA HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)

>If the stay exceeds 30 days the pool and spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what is charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file)

>We try to keep our properties tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

While we understand that unexpected situations can arise—including severe weather, travel disruptions, illness, or other emergencies—our cancellation policy remains in effect. Travel insurance may help protect your trip investment if an unforeseen circumstance affects your ability to travel or complete your stay. Be sure to review your policy carefully to understand what is covered.



CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.

MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
