Every square meter of this 120-square-meter standalone property is engineered for effortless group travel, completely bypassing the busy atmosphere of standard holiday parks. The entire ground floor opens up as a bright, climate-controlled communal area where a dedicated entrance way guides you into a comfortable seating lounge centered around a satellite television. Directly integrated into this shared space is a massive open-plan kitchen and dining zone, fully stocked with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential cookware, supported by a highly practical ground-floor guest restroom.

Climbing to the first floor reveals a premium layout that prioritizes personal space and total comfort for up to six adults and an infant. Instead of sharing amenities, guests are treated to three identical, independent bedroom suites, each featuring a plush double bed, individual air conditioning controls, and a private attached bathroom with its own shower, sink, and toilet. This brilliant triple en-suite architecture gives every couple or friend their own quiet sanctuary to recharge in complete isolation.

Stepping outside opens up a variety of leisure options, starting with a private patio area outfitted with quality garden furniture and a barbecue grill for long evening cookouts. Beyond the private terrace, a shared swimming pool offers a refreshing escape during warm afternoons, while luxury touches like an indoor sunshower and seamless internet access round out the premium experience. With dedicated on-site parking and a private, detached layout, the home strikes a perfect balance between independent group living and resort-style relaxation.
