Utilities
A utility fee of USD $20 per night will be applied to cover electricity and water usage during your stay. This amount is generally more than sufficient for normal vacation use, and most guests stay well within this allowance.

Meter Readings:
Electricity and water consumption are measured using meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.

Refunds & Additional Charges:
If your actual utility usage is lower than the amount paid in advance, the difference will be refunded.
If your actual utility usage exceeds the amount paid in advance, the remaining balance will be charged at check-out.

We will gladly explain how to monitor your consumption upon arrival, making it easy to keep track of your usage throughout your stay.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, a work-from-paradise escape, or a relaxing island holiday, Casa Limon offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, security, and location.

We look forward to welcoming you to Curaçao!
