The living room anchors the space with a large 66" TV - great for streaming, sports, or settling in after a full day of mountain adventures. Each bedroom has its own 33" TV as well, so everyone can unwind at their own pace. All televisions come with assigned remotes for easy use.

The kitchen is set up for real cooking, not just reheating. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, full knife block, and a solid range of cookware including saucepans, a stockpot, frying pan, roasting pan, and baking pans. Measuring tools, mixing bowls, and all the prep essentials are on hand, along with a full set of dishes, glasses, and flatware sized for your group. A dishwasher and garbage disposal round out a kitchen that's ready for everything from morning coffee to full dinners.



Technology



Three TVs total - a 66" in the living room and a 33" in each bedroom. High-speed internet through a dedicated router keeps you connected throughout your stay.

A washer and dryer are available in the unit - ideal for longer stays or post-hike refreshes.



Outdoor



Step outside to fire up the propane grill for an evening cookout. The grill comes fully equipped with a mat, cover, and propane tank - everything you need for a relaxed backyard meal. (Propane refills are the guest's responsibility.)

Check-in is self-guided and straightforward with our smartlock and a lockbox on-site for backup key access. Parking for two vehicles is available on the flat, paved driveway. The property is easy to find - GPS directions are reliable and accurate to the address.

★ One step up to the entry door; 14 steps to the upper level - please keep this in mind for guests with mobility considerations

★ Flat, paved driveway - no steep grades or gravel

★ No 4WD required year-round, though road salt and a snow shovel are on-site for winter stays

★ Dumpster is available on the left end of the parking lot for trash disposal
