Excellent property, comfortable and fully stocked. Great walkable location for our family of 4 with the ability to lock up our mountain bikes for the week. We would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay! Great location with a short walk to downtown. Local Coffee was waiting for us in the well appointed kitchen which was very welcome. The home is more spacious than the photos. Clean, comfortable, loved eating our breakfast on the nook table but also used the large round dining table. The beds and pillows are SO very comfortable. I gave it one less star for cleanliness because perhaps the fabric sofa and chair could use cleaning. However, I would stay again on my next visit. Good value for the price!

We spent three nights at those cute cottage. Overall, the place was comfortable and clean. Communications were quick and easy. It is exactly as pictured and described. The location couldn’t be beat - you can walk downtown, to the river or just up the street for food and groceries. It is also just off Newport which makes for easy access in and out of the area (it also created some street noise during the day but not so much it’s an issue). We also had a great time sitting on the porch when it rained and in the backyard when it was sunny. My only wishes, and this is a nitpick, was that there was some sort of foil or baggies available for food and instructions for how to use the convection stove as I had never used one. It was a bit of a learning curve. Overall would recommend.

Our three night stay with you was very disappointing from one aspect. We called three times the day of our arrival to see if we could get an early availability.
Each time they said they would check with the cleaning crew and let us know. At three o'clock that day, we drove to the house and saw through the window, one of the house cleaners sitting on the sofa watching TV. She was not checking the function, she was watching TV.
When my wife went to the front door, the young woman declared "we don't have to be done till 4:00." Pathetic customer service !
